Calls and texts both reach us. Monday to Friday 6:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday 6:00am to 11:00am. Outside these hours, emergency jobs are taken case by case and are not guaranteed. Call to confirm.

A call gets you an answer immediately. Use the form below if you would rather not call, or if you are somewhere you cannot speak. Every field either speeds the job up or decides whether it can be done at all.

What is this about?

Pick the closest match. You can add detail further down.

The number you can actually answer right now. If your signal is weak, add a second number in the details box.

Useful for sending a photo of your key or your paperwork. Not required.

Used to confirm you are inside the service area.

Street address, plus the parking level and row in a garage, the lot name in a large lot, or the unit number in an apartment building. This is how somebody finds you.

A second phone number, gate codes, whether a landlord must approve the work, or whether the vehicle is blocked in.

Before you send this

Proof of ownership is required on arrival for every job. For a vehicle bring the registration or title plus a matching photo ID. For a property bring a deed, a lease, or recent addressed mail plus a photo ID.

What you send is used only to confirm the job and to contact you about it. It is never sold and never passed to advertisers. Do not send ID or ownership documents: they are checked in person when we arrive. How your details are handled.

Call or text with the vehicle or the property, the exact location, and what happened. You get an upfront quote and an arrival estimate before anyone is dispatched, and you pay only after the work is done.

Have this ready before you request service

Every item below either speeds the job up or decides whether it can be done at all. Having them ready at the start avoids a second trip.

  • The year, make, and model of the vehicle.
  • Whether you have any working key or fob left.
  • The exact location of the vehicle, including a lot, level, or row if it is in a garage.
  • Registration or title in your name, plus a photo ID that matches it.
  • Whether the vehicle is drivable and whether it is blocked in.

Have this ready before you request service

Every item below either speeds the job up or decides whether it can be done at all. Having them ready at the start avoids a second trip.

  • The full address, including a unit or an apartment number.
  • Whether you own the property or rent it.
  • Proof that you live there or own it, such as a lease, a deed, or mail with your name, plus a photo ID.
  • Which door is locked and what type of lock it uses.
  • Whether anyone else needs to approve the work, such as a landlord or a property manager.

Why proof of ownership is always required

A locksmith who makes a key or opens a lock without checking ownership is helping a theft. We check ownership on every job, without exception. It protects your vehicle and your home from someone doing the same thing to you.

Bring a photo ID plus one document that ties you to the vehicle or the property. For a vehicle that is the registration or the title. For a home that is a deed, a lease, or recent mail with your name at that address.

Connecticut locksmith registration

Connecticut requires every locksmith to be registered with the Department of Consumer Protection, to show that registration when a customer asks, and to put the registration number in their advertising.

After you send it

Nothing is committed yet

Sending this request does not book anything and does not cost anything. It starts a conversation.

  • You get an answer, not a booking. Whether the job can be completed is confirmed before any visit is arranged.
  • If it needs a dealer, you are told. That answer is free, and it saves you a call out fee for a job that could not finish.
  • You keep a reference number so any follow up picks up where you left off.

Questions about requesting service

Dante beside the Triton Plus key cutting machine and a key programming tablet, set up in the back of his service vehicle.
Nothing is dispatched until it is confirmed. If a job cannot be completed, you are told before anyone sets off.

Call or text with the vehicle or the property, the exact location, and what happened. You get an upfront quote and an arrival estimate before anyone is dispatched, and you pay only after the work is done. You get a reference number on screen as soon as the request is saved.

If the job cannot be completed, for example because your vehicle requires a dealer, you are told that directly rather than after a visit you paid for.

Because this is a mobile service and somebody has to physically reach your vehicle or your door. In a parking garage the level and row matter. On a rural road the driveway description matters. In an apartment building the entrance matters.

The town alone is enough to confirm you are in the service area. It is not enough to find you.

It is used to contact you about this request and to complete the job. It is not sold, shared with marketing companies, or added to any advertising list. The privacy page sets out exactly what is collected and why.

Yes, on every job without exception. For a vehicle that means the registration or title plus a matching photo ID. For a property it means a deed, a lease, or recent addressed mail plus a photo ID.

There is no version of this where that step is skipped. It is the same check that stops somebody doing this to your vehicle or your home.
