This page explains exactly what this website collects, why each item is needed, and what happens to it. It is written to be read rather than to satisfy a lawyer.
The short version
Dante Key Replacement collects information through the service request form only. Every field exists because it is needed to reach you, to confirm you are in the service area, or to work out whether the job can be completed. The information is used to contact you about your request and to carry out the work. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers or marketing companies.

What the form collects, and why

What happens to it
- It is used to contact you about your request and to complete the work.
- A copy is emailed to the business mailbox, info@dantekeyreplacement.com, so the request is seen quickly.
- It is stored on the web server in files that cannot be opened from the internet.
- Only two people can see it: the business owner and the administrator who maintains this website, each through a password protected portal.
- It is not sold to anyone, for any purpose.
- It is not shared with advertisers, marketing companies, or lead resellers.
- It is not used to send marketing unless you separately ask to receive it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets one cookie, called dkr_session. It exists to protect the service request form against cross site request forgery and to apply the submission rate limit. It contains no personal information and it expires when you close your browser.
No analytics or advertising trackers are currently running on this site. There are no third party advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels, and no social media trackers on any page.
How long it is kept
Service requests are kept for as long as they are needed to carry out the work and to keep a record of jobs completed, which is normal business practice. If you want your request deleted sooner, ask and it will be removed.
Your choices
- Ask what is held about you. Quote your request reference number and you will be told.
- Ask for it to be corrected if any detail is wrong.
- Ask for it to be deleted. Your request record is removed.
- Give less. Only the fields marked as required are needed. Everything else is optional.

Security
This website is published by Dante Key Replacement, a registered mobile locksmith serving Eastern Connecticut. The service request form is protected against cross site request forgery, uses an automated submission filter, and applies a rate limit per connection. Submitted information is stored outside the publicly reachable part of the website. This site does not ask for and does not store payment card details or any government identification numbers.
Proof of ownership documents
Proof of ownership is checked in person at the job, not uploaded through this website. Documents are looked at to confirm the vehicle or property is yours. Do not send identification documents through the form, and you will not be asked to.
